We put new tile, but in the injection process, we have a big mess on ceramics! Any ideas on how to clean?

I bought this material called Goo-Gone, I think, Home Depot and is working for me.
The acid may be a Home Depot type sold in the tile section
Scrub with a sponge.
When fresh, clean with a damp sponge.
